Smartometric.pro is not liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising from the use of our assessments. You understand that our assessments are designed to provide general insights and should not be relied upon as a sole basis for making decisions about your life or career.
Please note that all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges available once a purchase has been made. Payments for our services can only be made through our secure Stripe payment system, which is PCI compliant and ensures the confidentiality of your transaction details. By using our services, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase.
By making a payment through our Stripe payment system, you agree that:
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.
Your payment details will be transmitted securely via HTTPS.
We will not store or process your payment card details in any way.
If there is an issue with your payment, we reserve the right to request alternative payment methods.
If you have previously taken the Smartometric Assessment, you may be prevented from doing so for a period of 12 months from the date of your last assessment. This is in place to ensure that individuals do not attempt to manipulate their results by taking the test multiple times within a short period.
Additionally, if you pay for a test but are not eligible to take the test at the time due to various reasons (e.g., waiting period as above), the earliest date you can retake the test will be 12 months after your last test. This applies regardless of whether you choose to use a new payment method, redeem a voucher, or continue with the same one. If you are not eligible to take the test at the time due to our waiting period policy, the earliest date you can retake the assessment will be 12 months after your last attempt.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Smartometric.pro reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for changes.
